Digital Products

Because our products are digital in nature, all sales are generally considered final once the files or services have been delivered.


Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The order has not yet been started.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same order.
  • We are unable to deliver the purchased service.
  • A technical issue prevents delivery and cannot be resolved.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Delays caused by customer response time
  • Satisfaction based solely on personal preference after completed delivery
  • Downloaded or accessed digital files

Revision Policy

If you're not satisfied with your design, we encourage you to request revisions where included in your package before requesting a refund.
